The prices give you full access to all the facilities and include every cost
and taxes; except the optional $ 25 per day for pool and spa heating,
and the one time $ 130 cleaning fee (only if staying for less than a week).

A booking confirmation fixes both price and date. In other respects the owner reserves the right to make alterations without notice. |

A 4% charge is made for bookings paid by credit card. |

To complete a booking a non refundable deposit of $ 360 or 20% whichever is the greater, must be paid within 5 days to confirm your booking. This will be confirmed by e-mail, with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
A $ 360 refundable security deposit per week of stay will also be due to be paid with the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded once the management company have checked the home and confirmed that no damage has been done. |

STANDARD POOL HEATING - If you choose pool heating as one of your options, the thermostat for the swimming pool and Spa will be set as follows: |

Pool 77 degrees Fahrenheit / 25 degrees Celsius. Spa 88 degrees Fahrenheit / 31 degrees Celsius. |

EXTRA POOL HEATING - In the unlikely event that the above pool and spa temperatures are not high enough, you have the option to purchase additional heating. For extra pool heating, the thermostat for the pool and spa will be set as follows: |

Pool 90 degrees Fahrenheit / 32,2 degrees celsius. Spa 100 degrees Fahrenheit / 38 degrees celsius. |

COMPUTER WITH HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET AND COLOR PRINTER - We have a desktop computer at the villa which is hooked up to a very fast (300mbps) wireless internet connection. It is very handy for looking up excursions or for checking those emails. We use it for hunting down great places to eat. If you prefer, bring your wireless enabled laptop and sit by the pool while surfing the net! Use of the computer and it's wireless internet connection is FREE OF CHARGE. |

All charges are payable in advance at the time of booking. If, whilst at the villa you decide to alter your pool heating requirements then the local agent, at his discretion, may charge you an additional $ 25 call out fee. |

* Please note that the community of Watersong Resort, Davenport, Florida only permits family (domestic) vehicles to be parked or stored on or outside any property. Please be aware that there is on-going construction on this community but disruption is kept to a minimum as the builders are sympathetic to the needs of the owners and their guests and the rental rates have been discounted accordingly.
